What Exactly Counts as a Positive Reply?
A reply from a decision-maker at a company in your target market who wants to take it further. They ask for more information, ask specific questions about your offer, ask for a call or a meeting, or describe a problem you solve. Out-of-office messages, “not interested” and “maybe next year” don't count. We check every reply by hand.
What Does It Cost?
That depends on your market and the volume you want. Our pricing is built around results: you pay for positive replies. The only up-front cost is the software for your first three months of campaigns, which we pass on at cost. We go through the numbers on the first strategy call, so you know up front what you're paying for.
Is There a Long-Term Commitment?
No. The minimum term is three months from the day your campaigns go live, so we have time to test and optimize. After that, it runs month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Because you pay per positive reply, you never pay for activity that doesn't produce results.
How Many Positive Replies Can We Expect?
It depends on the size of your market and how strong your offer is. We usually aim for 10 to 30 positive replies a month, and we can adjust the intensity of the campaigns to match how many leads your team can follow up on.
How Soon Will We See Results?
We use the first two weeks to warm up the email accounts and complete onboarding, and then we go live. The first positive replies often come in within the first two weeks of sending. After a month, you'll have a clear picture of the results.
How Do You Keep the Emails Out of Spam?
We use dedicated sending infrastructure on separate domains, warm new accounts carefully for two weeks, and monitor deliverability every day, with backup systems ready if performance drops. We send from personal mailboxes and avoid spam-sensitive words and formatting. Your own domain is never used.
How Do You Personalize the Emails?
We personalize based on company name, role, industry and the specific information we find about each company online. Before we start, we agree with you on which signals matter, and we use AI tools to pick up the relevant company details.
Can We Exclude Companies or Industries?
Yes. We always set up an exclusion list of companies and sectors you don't want approached, plus any specific domains or email addresses. They will never be contacted.
Who Handles the Replies?
You do. Replies arrive in your own inbox, because you know your service better than anyone and this channel works best when you follow up yourself. We advise you on the follow-up and help you get good at it.
Do We Have a Say in the Emails?
Always. You receive every email before it goes out, and we incorporate your feedback until the tone is right. During the campaigns we keep improving the copy based on the replies that come in.
What Happens If a Campaign Underperforms?
We monitor performance daily and have a clear plan for when results drop. You hear from us at least every two weeks about the results and what we're changing, and you can see exactly how we're improving them.
What If Someone Reacts Negatively?
It rarely happens. When it does, that person or company is added to our blocklist and never contacted again.
