This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it and the rights you have over it. It applies to this website, to the business-to-business email outreach we carry out for our clients and for ourselves, and to the people we work with at our client companies.

We are a business-to-business outreach agency. We help B2B companies start conversations with other businesses that may need their products or services. How data protection law classifies us depends on whose behalf we are acting on.
Whatever our role, you can always contact us directly using the details above. If your request concerns a client campaign, we process any opt-out ourselves immediately, pass other requests on to the client without delay, and help the client respond.
If you are reading this because you received an email, this is the section that matters to you.
The email was sent either on behalf of one of our clients, whose company is named in the email, or on behalf of Lead Jam itself. We identified your company as an organization that may benefit from the products or services offered, and you as a person whose role suggests you may be involved in that decision, such as a founder, director or department head.
We hold a limited set of business information about you: your name, business email address and job title, and the name, website, size, industry and location of your employer. We do not collect your personal email address, home address, private phone number, date of birth, financial information or any special category data.
Opting out. You can stop receiving emails at any time by using the opt-out link or instruction in any message, or simply by replying and asking. We honor opt-outs as quickly as possible and always within ten business days. Your email address then goes on our permanent suppression list, which applies to every campaign we run, for every client. You can also ask us to delete your information entirely (see section 11).
Business contact information comes from publicly available sources such as company websites, public professional profiles and business registries, and from commercial business-to-business data providers that represent they collect data lawfully. It may also be provided by you directly, or by the client on whose behalf we are working. We verify email addresses before use and only use business email addresses.
Under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), every use of personal information needs a legal basis. Where we are the controller, ours are:
Where we act as a processor, the client determines the legal basis, which is usually its legitimate interest in reaching potential business customers. The client is contractually bound to have a valid legal basis for the outreach it instructs.
Besides data protection law, business email outreach is governed by specific rules, including the CAN-SPAM Act in the United States, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) in the United Kingdom, the ePrivacy rules as implemented in each EU country, and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We design every campaign to meet the rules that apply where the recipient is based. In particular, we email business addresses in a professional context only, we never use false or misleading sender information or subject lines, every email identifies the sender and includes a valid postal address, and every email offers a simple way to opt out that we honor across all campaigns.
We use software, including AI tools, to research publicly available company information, to personalize emails and to classify replies. A person reviews every reply before it is treated as a positive reply. We do not make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics scripts, and our fonts are hosted on our own server, so visiting this site does not send your information to third parties. Our scheduling provider sets its own cookies when you open its booking page; its own policy applies there.
If we introduce analytics or advertising technology in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising or for anyone else's marketing. We share it only:
We are established in the Netherlands. Some of our service providers are located in the United States or elsewhere outside the European Economic Area. Where personal information is transferred outside the EEA or the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards: an adequacy decision such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or otherwise the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), together with additional measures where necessary.
In the EEA or the UK, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given. You can object at any time to processing for direct marketing, and if you do, we will stop without exception.
In California and other US states with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to access, correct or delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use sensitive personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email walid@leadjam.nl. We respond within one month (or within 45 days where US state law applies), may ask you to verify your identity, and do not charge for reasonable requests. Where we hold your information as a processor for a client, we will forward your request to that client and help it respond, and we will always process an opt-out ourselves straight away.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, multi-factor authentication where available, and reputable providers, and we keep the amount of information we hold deliberately small. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to you, we notify the competent supervisory authority within 72 hours and, where required, inform you. Where we act as a processor, we notify the client without undue delay so that it can do the same.
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
This site links to third-party services such as our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
We may update this policy. The date at the top always shows when it last changed, and material changes will be made clear on this page.
For any question about this policy or about how we handle your information, email walid@leadjam.nl or write to Succes Online Adviesbureau, Admiralengracht 184-1, 1056 TH Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl); in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); or the authority in the country where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
